Many, many, moons ago - we had a music business - that used our Cocker Spaniel as it's masthead. We were "Top Dog For Music" and accordingly registered the domain name topdogformusic.co.uk - just as the Domain name gold rush was starting. Little were we to know, that HMV were just about to hit the High Street with the "Top Dog For Music" retail slogan. We didn't want a (dog) fight and we couldn't afford legal fees, so we changed our business name, but forgot to drop the yearly payments for the domain.
